Structured Light 3D Sensor
An Optike brand SS/SD Series structured light 3D sensor is an encoded, structured light projected on the object that is deformed due to the existence of the object. The CMOS collects multiple deformed fringe images and processes them through a specific algorithm to obtain the 3D point cloud information of the photographed object.

Detect Coplanarity - SS105
- Measurement requirement: Detect the coplanarity of the copper surface in the center of the PCBA.
- Advantage: Multi-point operator is used to calculate the flatness, which is closer to the actual measurement. The detection area is fully covered. According to the specified positioning measurement, the detection accuracy is higher.
Detect the Flatness - SS105
- Measurement requirement: Detect the flatness of the end of the shield
- Advantage: The sample is small, the measurement speed is fast, which max. can reach 0.5s/frame. Self-developed algorithm, automatically extracts the edge of the shield, calculates the flatness, fast positioning algorithm, can adapt to a variety of different types of shield detection

- Measurement requirement:
1. Detect the height difference between the keys of the keyboard and the specified reference plane
