White Light Interference Sensor
An Optike brand White Light Interference Sensor is an excellent 3D sensor for industries. In this sensor, using the interference principle of the broadband light source, the light irradiated by the light source is divided into two beams by the beam splitter; one beam is incident on the reference mirror, and the other beam is irradiated on the object. When the two beams are reflected and combined, they interfere and are received by the optical receiver. Interference light intensity: when the internal optical unit is driven up and down, interference patterns of different heights are received, and the height value of the surface of the measured object is obtained through algorithmic processing.
