- Optike Industrial Smart One-Touch Video Measurement System with high accuracy and repeatability Our machine has a very easy user interface using which each part CTQ dimensions and tolerances can be setup once and used to inspect more than 1 part using One-Touch for all CTQ and give output of parts that are okay and not okay. All measurement results are saved into the project file automatically.
- The measurement range is from 200 x 200mm up to 130 x 130 mm. With accuracy from +/- 3 µm up to +/-1µm depending on the model chosen and repeatability from +/- 1 µm up to +/- 0.5µm,
- We have multiple other models with the same specifications that have moving stages with a measurement range of up to 249 x 229 mm.
Bigger Range Models use a dual-field system: the same machine has separate wide-field and small-field inspection regions. - Our specialized super-high precision system provides accuracy of +/- 3µm with repeatability of +/-1µm* (different model).
