We are happy to introduce our shop floor microscope. This microscope is lightweight and portable, making it easy to carry anywhere. It provides four different magnification ranges: 20x, 40x, 60x, and 100x. Each scale has a unique least count and measuring range. This device not only offers a magnified view of intricate patterns and object contours but also allows for length measurement and dimension comparison using a scale within the eyepiece. Additionally, it features built-in rechargeable LED illumination.

Product Discription

  • This microscope not only provides a detailed view of objects’ fine patterns and contours but also allows for length measurement and dimension comparison using the built-in scale in the eyepiece, thanks to its helicoid focus mechanism.
  • Apart from general observation, this microscope is valuable for enhancing precision in machining, ensuring consistent quality during inspections.
  • Depth measurements can be made accurately to 0.1mm (.004″) by referring to the scale on the focusing ring and the main needle of the lens barrel, which is divided into 100 increments.
  • To measure depth, focus on two distinct levels and note the division changes between the two focal points.
  • This microscope is practical for gauging the thickness, height, or depth of objects at varying levels, as well as measuring the depth of print cylinders, printing plates, and copper plates.
